e-Connect upgrade
Same platform, new features, more added-value
New features are now available in e-Connect, the web platform for the management, supervision and centralization of intrusion detection systems.
That means new advantages for distributors, installers and end-users!
NEW MULTILEVEL STRUCTURE
The new e-Connect platform has a multilevel structure:

EL.MO. is the service administrator. Through his own cloud server infrastructure, EL.MO. offers to all his customers the system management services.

On the following level there are distributors: they will be able to host their installers in their e-Connect platform without any interaction by the administrator of the e-Connect service.

In the same way, each installer will be able to host end-users in his e-Connect platform in complete autonomy.
With e-Connect new release, distributors and installers have the opportunity to offer to their customers tailored services, according to the own level.
NEW FEATURES FOR EACH LEVEL
There are specific features for each level (distributor/installer/end-user):
- Possibility to manage more systems with just one account
- Remote assistance and remote supervision opportunity
- Receiving e-mail notifications for specific events
- Enable/disable new services to customers, according to the level structure

The use of the e-Connect platform will guarantee you next release features, such as:
- Graphic maps
- APP development for Android and iOS
- Push notifications
- Video integration and live video verification
