FLB01C

FLB01C is a self-aligning motorized reflective linear smoke detector. Thanks to cutting-edge optical devices, it is particularly suitable for the protection of large areas where the use of traditional point-type detection technologies may prove insufficient. The equipment includes a unit (which includes a transmitter and a receiver) and a reflective prism. The range is 60 m, extendable to 120 m thanks to the optional FLB3P kit (kit consisting of 3 reflective prisms).
Operation is based on the projection of a well-defined beam to a reflective prism which sends it back to the receiver for analysis purposes; the presence of smoke along the beam path causes a decrease in the received signal which activates an alarm. Thanks to the Bluetooth connection in the head, all adjustment and configuration activities can be easily performed even by a single operator. Bluetooth connectivity, in fact, allows for rapid and effective configuration of the detector parameters via Android app. The system can be fully customized to local conditions by setting alarm thresholds, alarm/fault delay and relay memory from the FLB01CSetup app. From the app it is also possible to start automatic alignment (slow/fast) and manual alignment procedures, as well as check the signal strength. FLB01C is CPR 305/2011 EN 54-12 certified.
